Using command line parameters

Deep-Sky Planner supports several command line parameters.  The parameters and their usage are:

DspMain.exe [option] [queryfile]

where:
queryfile is the complete file descriptor of the deep-sky, star, planet ephemeris, planet event, darkness, comet or minor planet file that was saved previously with Deep-Sky Planner.

Option Description
-p run queryfile and print the report using the system default printer
-html run queryfile and create an HTML report file; the file name is specified in a Save As dialog
-text run queryfile and create a formatted text report file; the file name is specified in a Save As dialog
 none run queryfile and open the report for viewing in Deep-Sky Planner
