The Software Activator is trying to send an activation message using Outlook Express and it fails. I usually use web mail.

The Software Activator attempts to send an activation request message using the registered default e-mail client program on your computer.  This is Microsoft Outlook Express unless you've installed a different e-mail client program such as Thunderbird, Outlook, etc.

If you use web mail instead of an e-mail client program, you can
use the web form located at
http://knightware.biz/dsp/activation_req.htm to request your activation code.  If you continue to have trouble please contact Support.
