Knightware Store
Knightware products are available through our online store at FastSpring. The store accepts secure payment by credit and debit cards, wire transfer, Amazon Pay and Paypal. Taxes are included in your transaction where required by law.
Products are available by digital delivery (download) and on CD (only in the US). CDs are shipped via USPS unless other arrangements are made. Contact Knightware for more information.
Important Points:
- Products purchased by digital delivery are available for download immediately after checkout.
- The software setup file is available for download from your account on the Knightware Store for 7 days. Please backup the setup file to your local storage.
- If you purchased software by digital delivery, the Product Key (License Key) is shown in red on your checkout page and in an e-mail sent upon purchase. The Product Key looks like: 1234-1234-1234-1234-1234-1234
- If you purchased software on CD, your Product Key is included with the CD.
- Only owners of the previous version of a product are eligible for upgrade pricing. If you order an upgrade product with an upgrade license, you must own a license from the previous version. If Knightware cannot verify that you own a license to the previous version, we will attempt to contact you be e-mail. If we are not able to verify your eligibility for an upgrade license, your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund.
