Dark Zone Mobile App

Dark Zone is a simple app for Android & iOS that allows you to acquire a sky brightness measurement from Unihedron's ethernet-connected Sky Quality Meter (SQM-LE). It presents the data in several useful units of measure:

MPSAS - magnitude per square arc second
NELM - naked eye limiting magnitude
Mcdpsm - Millicandelas per square meter
color as defined in The New World Atlas of Artificial Sky Brightness (2016, Falchi et al)

Dark Zone is a handy companion that you can use with ethernet-connected Sky Quality Meters produced by Unihedron. Ethernet and other meter-connection types (USB & RS-232) are supported in Knightware's SQM Reader and SQM Reader Pro Windows desktop software.
